Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned in their original condition.
All tags must remain attached to the product.
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and accessories are non-refundable unless faulty.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

You don’t need a PayPal account to buy; you can check out as a guest using your debit or credit card through PayPal’s system.

We’re already looking into expanding—card payments and other methods are on the horizon.
